Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: August 22, 2026
planet.store participates in affiliate programs. When you click a partner link on our site — for example to Vrbo, Expedia, Booking.com, or other travel partners — and book or sign up, the partner pays us a commission. Some of these links run through affiliate networks such as Commission Junction (CJ), Awin, Impact, and Partnerize, which use a click identifier to attribute your booking to us.
Why this is the heart of our model — not a footnote
Those commissions are exactly what funds your cashback: we take the commission a partner pays us and return a share of it to you, net of a payment-processing fee. When we earn nothing, you earn nothing — which is why we're upfront that essentially every partner link on planet.store is a commercial relationship.
What it means for you
Using our links never increases the price you pay — you pay the partner's normal price, and the commission comes out of the partner's side. Our comparisons and savings scores are computed from price data, not from which partner pays us more; when an external site is cheaper even after cashback, we say so on the result. Commission rates by partner are visible to our members as the cashback percentage shown on each result.
